The Cooper’s Rye 100% Canadian Oak

This 100% Canadian Rye whisky is made from 100% rye grain. Aged a minimum of 4 years in new Canadian white oak barrels made by Quinn Sleeman. The virgin white oak lends a gentle sweetness to the distinct spice of rye uninterrupted by other grains.

  • Charred wood with used leather and hints of stone fruit.

  • Tart cherries and blackberries open up to heavily charred white oak.

  • Poached pear and toasted almonds.

  • Medium-bodied, bright and smooth.

Sherry Finished Single Malt

This Sherry Finished Single Malt is the first single malt whisky from John Sleeman & Sons. Made by carefully following traditional Scotch distilling methods, this spirit was partially finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks. In this classic iteration of a barrel-finished Single Malt, the added fruity complexity of sherry barrels compliment the delicacy of the 100% malt spirit.

  • Aromas of pears, chocolate, and fresh leather.  

  • Sweet pears and oranges accompanied with honey and toffee

  • Pleasantly malty with sweet dates, plums, and lingering fresh nutmeg.

  • Light to medium-bodied and smooth.
