These whiskies are intended to remain in our lineup indefinitely, but due to the nature of small batch distillation, they may occasionally sell out while the next batch matures.

The Cooper’s Rye 100% Canadian Oak
This 100% Canadian Rye whisky is made from 100% rye grain. Aged a minimum of 4 years in new Canadian white oak barrels made by Quinn Sleeman. The virgin white oak lends a gentle sweetness to the distinct spice of rye uninterrupted by other grains.

Sherry Finished Single Malt
This Sherry Finished Single Malt is the first single malt whisky from John Sleeman & Sons. Made by carefully following traditional Scotch distilling methods, this spirit was partially finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks. In this classic iteration of a barrel-finished Single Malt, the added fruity complexity of sherry barrels compliment the delicacy of the 100% malt spirit.

High Rye Straight Whisky
This straight whisky lies on the drier side of a classic southern-style whisky thanks to the high volume of rye in its mash bill. Matured in white oak barrels, this High Rye Straight Whisky is spicy and warmly complex. In contrast to our sweet and mild Traditional Straight Whisky, the new High Rye Straight Whisky is a robust, peppery, southern-style whisky that packs a punch.
