Looking for a Valentine’s night out? Our group mixology lessons offer a hands-on approach to learning Spring Mill's signature cocktail secrets. Workshops run for 1.5hrs and include two Valentine’s-themed cocktails AND a curated box with four different types of cheesecake from Ella’s Sweets and Treats! Taste of Guelph is St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation’s annual garden party fundraiser.

The signature event welcomes over 700 community members to the grounds of the Health Centre to sample the region’s finest restaurants, caterers, vintners, brewers and bakers. We’re one of them!
